She is currently working on a project with Gender Links aimed at developing Gender Policies in Botswana media houses. Kasale is a Commonwealth Elections Observer and is the Acting Chairperson of the Botswana Media Consultative Council and a member of the Media Advisory Council. She has been Chairperson of the Vision 2016 Awards adjudicators for the past four years. She published a children’s book, The Treasure in the Garden with Heinemann, UK in 2001.
