Hundreds of stirrers are in use in injectable vessels in various pharma companies without any problems Here we are also fabricating mixing Vessels for Liquid Oral, Injectable, Ointment, Gelatin, Bulk drugs, Vaccines, Fermentors, Storage Vessels, for purified water, Distilled water, D.M. water, PW –WFI distribution pipeline. I am looking after for production planning, Installation and commissioning, after sales service, Maintenance, Stores, Automation, EDP , Drawing checking, In-house sub- contract, Out-side sub-contract, bill passing and some of the personnel related matter. I am also looking after Project work, Installation of WFI pipe line (Loop System) I was send to Diesel Germany to take training of fabrication of sterile gmp vessels I was send to BIOPHAM Romania as a project manager to execute installation and commissioning of vessel, pipeline and electracals I was also send to Chaina for the selection of Plasma welding machine and then after for the FAT of that machine. There I visited two companies manufacturing Dish ends. One company manufacturing Stirrers Homogenizers. M/S P J Surotia and Co Ahmedabad Worked with M/s. P.J. Surotia & Co., Ahmedabad for 14 years as a Production Manager. There we were fabricating Pressure Vessels as per ASME – Dish Ends with pressing and spinning machine – , Heat Exchanges shell and tube type, U bundle type, floating head, and reaction Vessels under third party inspection agency such as EIL LLOYDS, PDIL, POWER GAS, UHDE. I am well conversant with codes such as ASME, TEMA, IS2825, BS5500. There I was looking after production planning work execution, maintenance and Quality Control. Pharmatech Process Equipments
