The main activities are the follows; • Writing announcements and job descriptions • Sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks, social media) • Headhunting • Screening resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes • Telephone and physical (technical) interviews. • Reference checks. • Evaluations of the workers • Anticipating and managing the needs of the customers. • Follow the integration of temporary workers (onboarding) • Making proposals, manage the schedule of temporary workers • Administrative HR task • Translator (HU, RO, FR, ENG). • Make proposals on the development of the Human Resources Strategy and related Annual Action Plans, ensuring their implementation and respecting the internal pace of key of the human resources processes within the company (from planning and budgeting staff to recurrent performance appraisal). • Manage the procedures of the Human Resources department and ensure that they are constantly improved. • Establishing effective strategies for retention of company personnel and optimal staff fluctuation management. • Provides programs for staff orientation, training and development by improving the skills, knowledge, skills and competencies needed to perform the job-specific tasks. • Participate in Human Resources activities: training, personnel management, organizational development, personnel evaluation, motivation, compensation and bonuses, including organizational development projects and HR policies. • Employee branding (internal events, social media, compensation & benefits). • Manages special projects related to Employee Retention Strategy. • Coordinate HR projects related to the level of employee satisfaction in the organization. • Event organization (Christmas Party, corporate events) • Recruiting support (screening CV's, participation on the interviews, support for my recruiting colleague). •Organizing Meetings, workshops, business partner visits, trainings, team buildings and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view. •Contact person and maintains good relationships with various external companies on behalf of the department in order to provide good services for the department members and the internal customers. •Contributes to the integration process of the new employees in the department in order to smooths their integration period. • Prepares and submits the necessary documents to the Finance and Purchasing department (e.g. creates Shopping Carts) to ensure that requested products (e.g. office materials, PCs and telephones for the new employees) are purchased/ imported, shipped, paid and distributed to the requester. Submits the invoice analysis to the Finance department; • Supports the update of the Recording Hours application, issues final reports from Recording Hours application and submits them;. • Event organization for more than 450 colleagues (Christmas Party, Company Day, team buildings, trainings, Children's day, client visits and all kind of events within the company). • Branding: logo, signs, internal promotional gifts and equipment. • Internal communication: working close with the marketing department. • Travel & Accommodation support. • Real estate & space management. • Shipping and customs tasks (import/export). • Facilities management: office maintenance activities, managing the office cleaning team. • Purchasing: regular or special. Acting as a point of contact for external providers, contractors, vendors. Negotiation of the contracts. • Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Primary accounting: internal system, checking the invoices of the contractors. • Part of the Accenture Workplace Solutions Team. • Solving all kind of problems/issues regarding to the work conditions • Office maintenance activities. • Travel organization. • Document management. • Reception operation: screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, welcoming guests. • Scheduling and processing of different activities, performing administrative duties. • Process workspace and conference space requests via phone or online database.• Database management. • Screening new clients and possible development potentials.• Travel promotions for Wien, Prague and Greece. • Main activities: copy writing in Hungarian and Romanian languages, design contributions, support for those who are interested in, online advertising (website, newsletters and social media).• Coordinating branches, making youth and things works together • Camp organization • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests • Document management (file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports).
