Worked Promotions during the day and the night show at night. Then stuck around and did production until 3am. The whole starting from the bottom and working your way up thing kinda worked for me. I get to wake up and get paid to work with my best friend that i have known since middle school not to many people can say that in radio or any other job. When we got a chance to do mornings in Pittsburgh i had just turned 22 years old and Mike was just 21 (most morning shows are placed together and usually at least 10-15 years older) We learned to do things our own way...We were and still are everything that almost all other morning shows aren't and that is why our show has worked from day 1. We are consistently a ratings winner...We came into the city and instantly made an impact in the ratings forcing a heritage station that had dominated for 20+ years in the city to flip formats TWICE...A few years after the first flip they tried to bring the station back only for it to fail against us once again. We take nothing for granted and have no producers or interns...To be honest our listeners are the closest thing we have to producers. Our webpage is consistently ranked in the top 5 in our company for the entire country. The show/website/social media are all updated by us. Winning drives me. I live my life through social media.
