Before joining The Home Depot, I was with Sears and Roebuck for over 24 years serving in numerous roles from Store Operations, Region and District Operations, Marketing, Inventory Planning, Buying and Product Development and my last 5 years at Sears as an Officer in their Merchandising Department with responsibility for their Lawn and Garden and Tool businesses along with a strategic role with their Craftsman, Kenmore and Diehard brands. I earned a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern-Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Organization and Mass Communications from Montana State-Billings.
