Notable contributions and achievements include: • Head of Production Department responsible completely for planning, team & talent building, warehouse management, production, commissioning, QC management and delivery at Unimit Engineering (Myanmar) Co.,Ltd and successfully completing 12 projects, worth over U1.5m. • Led the Factory Construction Management at Unimit Engineering (Myanmar) Co., Ltd, worth over U4.5m. And responsible for End-to-End. • Key team member responsible for preparing cost estimation amounting to over S15 millions for piping contract works at the Mega-Yard Development Phase 1 & 2 at Tuas, Jurong and at 82.5 hectares yard development in Acracruz, Brazil • Drawing up MTO list and Purchase Orders worth over S4.5m • Preparing Preliminary Piping System for yards and workshops with a total area of 122100sqm • Supervising and mentoring Design & Installation Teams, Piping & Structural Design Teams, vendors, and contractors • Inspection and approval of pipe & mechanical works on site • Commissioning hydro and leak tests and chemical flushing • Completing and delivering five projects valued at S19.7m during tenure with Fongsoon Engineering Pte Ltd During my off-days, I treasure my time out with family and friends and love playing chess.
