In 2017, as a project leader, he realized the first research on the topic of business transfer in Serbia and wrote the book called „Business transfer barometer of Serbia“. He is an author of the book „The Founders, Successors, Managers“, created as result of ten years work with companies that are dealing with a change of management and ownership transfer from the first to the second generation. In dozens of companies he initiated, launched and led the Family forum and helped define many different Family policies.
