  I have had the privilege to practise in various aspects of the law in Australia over the course of my career to date. I spent the first decade of my career working on some of the most high profile litigation in Australia: the HIH Royal Commission; the Bell litigation; and, the collapse of Sons of Gwalia. With a slight change in direction, I am currently enjoying working 'in-house', where I harness my aptitude for risk assessment in a commercial context. I have experience in the Mining and broader Resources Industry and a strong history in Leadership, Mentoring, contribution to the Not-For-Profit sector and an active interest in Australia’s commitment to Human Rights and the elimination of Modern Slavery. My focus throughout my career has been negotiating commercial, logical, reasonable and commercially responsible agreements and resolutions to disputes. South32
