Sets and maintains high standards in tactical & technical proficiency, appearance, discipline and performance necessary for success in combat. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, fitness, and professional development of the platoon. Primary trainer for the platoon, ensuring platoon training supports the platoon's combat missions. Responsible for everything the platoon does or fails to do. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of four HMMWVs and over $7.5 million worth of equipment.
