Brian Devaney’s Expertise I am a Chartered Engineer, specialising in civil and structural engineering, with undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in engineering and project management from Trinity College. I commenced my career with P.J. Hegarty & Sons spending almost four years working on a variety of high profile projects including the Criminal Courts of Justice and Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport. I then spent six years working in the Dublin division of the Chief Civil Engineer’s department of Iarnród Éireann. Before joining i3PT Certification, I spent eighteen months with John Paul Construction working on two major refurbishment projects in addition to spending time in their planning department.
