Brian Dieffenderfer’s Expertise Hi. I'm Brian, the director for SafeRack's Food and Pharmaceutical market, and the director for SafeRack's MarinaStep and ErectaRack product lines. MarinaStep is the marine business unit for SafeRack, creating products that allow for maritime professionals to safely get on and off boats, barges, and ships, and ErectaRack is a pre-engineered pipe rack product that provides our customers with pipe racking that is easier to install and faster to get. BRIEFLY As a market and product line director, I'm familiar with navigating new waters, developing relationships, and determining if collaborative efforts make sense. As Stephen Covey put it in his book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People": think "Win-Win". That's what I do. If there is a "lose" in any part of the conversation, it's not for me. WHAT I DO I identify opportunities for collaboration, cultivate relationships, and provide value by solving problems in general. Specifically, I’m able to provide safe access and supporting equipment for product and material transportation and processing. HOW I DO IT DIFFERENTLY Service. Of course, the quality of my products is top notch, but above that, and what it is that distinguishes my organization from others, is the service. Here, we cultivate an ethos where representatives care more about the long-term relationship than the transaction. Being a SafeRack customer means being a part of a team focused on your success, and having the engineering and manufacturing strength behind you to enable your organization to meet your goals. If you're committed to quality, timeliness, and safety in your plant or terminal, we should talk.
