  Change can be very daunting. Whether it's for the good or the bad, one has to argue that many feel much more content staying comfortable than they are trying to morph into something else. Working in product management, it can be very difficult to decide whether to jump into a different direction when you already have a solid product. You risk it becoming very overwhelming to customers for the chance that it will come out stronger and more "complete" than it is now. But, this is what excites me. To be at the forefront for change in the product, I believe one always has to move forward or you will become stagnant and your peers(competitor products) will surpass you. I apply this thinking into my work. To encompass growth, it's always about looking forward. What's popular now? What's trending now? What will be the big hit in 10 years? I currently manage 5 products and look to the future for all. Whether it's switching from an outdated development framework to incorporating trending new UI/UX experience into the product, my work will always be about pushing the product to the next level. Outside of work, I keep an active life. I enjoy weight lifting and actually built my own home gym because of these trying times. I dabble in sports(played tennis, volleyball).
