After my early career as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy, I worked as an Engineer for a Joint Venture (JV) of ABB and Daimler Chrysler, a global provider of railway signalling systems. I then moved into digital transformation at Elsevier, as a Programme Director delivering finance, production, fulfilment, customer satisfaction and business development innovations. This included the migration of production data during a major production tracking systems upgrade, and the deployment of new CRM systems. Having met all my goals at Elsevier, I am keen to find a new career-defining challenge, at a senior level, for a business travelling its digital journey, where my people, commercial, organisational and change management skills can deliver high levels of transformational and sustainable growth.
