I am known among my colleagues at Merit as the “Lean Lean guy,” the guy who makes sure we are doing the “right things” or Mr. PIB (pain in the butt). I am looked to as a coach, subject matter expert, Kaizen leader, and management consultant. At Nestle they called me the project supervisor as I initiated or volunteered for projects involving A3s, DOEs, DMAICs, BDAs. At home I am known as “The best dad in the world” and a best friend. I believe in building leaders and creating systems that drive results. I am passionate about process improvement and knowledgeable about Lean systems/tools.
