  Since leaving the creative industries in 2014, I have worked on a range of creative, community-led projects around London; sharing my engagement, project management and creative production experience with community organisations, local authorities and funders. More recently I've been focusing on the ethics of "community engagement" and how systems can be put in place to ensure this work is as safe and accessible for everyone involved as possible.
