I'm regularly involved in projects at a range of levels – from being engaged to provide high-level strategic training and learning culture advice, through organisation-wide and project-based learning needs analyses, through to the design and development of specific learning and assessment experiences and resources. I'm experienced in designing for delivery methods ranging from facilitated sessions, coaching support, and self-study materials (both print and online). In terms of online training, I've designed modules for subsequent development and delivery via Moodle, Lectora, Articulate, Captivate and iQualify. I'm particularly interested in finding the best ways to communicate complicated technical concepts so learners can easily take them on board and apply them. I'm committed to keeping learning practical and interesting, and more recently have brought a stronger focus to embedding literacy and numeracy support strategies into workplace training resources I design.
