I also managed a second office in Sale Cheshire. Where I recruited and trained a sales team. Moving on from this I set up my own company. Where I was an independent consultant, working with developers, agents. And investors Selling an array of different projects such as Hotel rooms, sold 50% of the hotel rooms in the Titanic Hotel, student pods, care homes and lots more. Arrived in the residentail market I worked with The Britannia Group as New Homes Sales Manager, where I have just finalised the final sale of The Scala Apartments. Which will bring my contract to an end in May. Finishing my contract with Britannia , I moved to PJLivesey working on their flag ship development in Alderley Park. Selling the remainder of the houses, moving to 825 Didsbury. Setting up the site from scratch selling several apartments off plan before moving back to Alderley Gardens to head up the ‘Water Garden Apartments’A stunning development overlooking a water garden in 400 acres of parkland. Only two apartment remaining my work there will soon be done. I am looking for a new opportunity Once I finished at Alderley there was not another accessible site for me either PJLivesy I was contacted by Head of New Homes for country wide. I worked on a Ute in Mold the developer was Wates. This was a great opportunity to run and maintain my own site I was there until the site close 2.5 years Gecko Tm Homes
