Charlie Wanitwarodom’s Expertise • Diagnose and Troubleshooting of all Windows 7/8 • Diagnose and Troubleshooting Desktop and server applications • Provide mobile phones/desk phones support to all clients such as Apple, Samsung and Lync Phone. • Repairing and Rebuild all Hardware issue (PC/Laptop/Tablet and Thin Client) • Provide onsite support to install Network/Computer Hardware/Switch and Router and Printer • Monitoring and repairing all backup server issue such as Arcserve Backup, Windows Backup and Symantec Backup Exec. • Diagnose and stabilize all Windows Server 2008/2012/SBS (Active Directory, Exchange Server, File, IIS, DNS, DHCP and GPO). • Supporting Remote Desktop Services (Troubleshooting, Installing new applications, stabilize RDP connection and create policy) to all clients. • Application Support and troubleshooting for all users such as Microsoft Office 2013/Office 365, AX, CRM, and Any Web Browser • Virus, Malware removal and Firewall set ups • Face to face and over the telephone customer service. • Providing the documents and Basic Powershell script to assist the Helpdesk. • Training the Fonterra Helpdesk and provisioning their account to ensure that they can complete their daily task. • Provisioning Fonterra Users’ Accounts, Emails, Windows Systems, Virtual Desktop, Applications, Home/Shared Folder Access, AD Groups within the environment as per Service Requests. • Configuring Mailbox, Lync, Virtual Machine, Users’ Account in AD, Applications, Folder Permissions, Group policy and AD Groups. • Restoring Files/Folders, Emails as per approval requests. • Granting Fonterra’s Users Access to various Applications, Virtual Applications, Folders, Emails, Lync. • Providing the reports of Emails/Mailbox, Folder Access, Windows Logs to Fonterra’s Users. • Enable/Disable Mailbox, User’s Account, Application Access, Folder Access. • Rebuilding Virtual Machines/Thin Client/Thick Client within the environment. • Manually deploy/install applications via SCCM Client on to Fonterra users’ Computers. • Attend to weekly meeting with the team to discuss the requests details the improvement of services. • Provide computer helpdesk support over the phone with end-users (Inbound and Outbound calls) • Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting of system/software/hardware issues • Documented and create the tickets/resolutions and maintained equipment inventory lists • Providing user provisioning services such as granting access through emails and folders, install additional applications, recovery emails and files/folders, software deployment. • Guiding users the steps of how to use the tool and how process work within the environment.
