Ms Weaver is widely published, is nationally and internationally recognized nursing leader and holds the American Medical Informatics Association's designated status of "Pioneer in Nursing Informatics". Ms. Weaver has a PHD (Medical Anthropology) from the U of California SF, a MSPH (Epidemiology) and a BA (Anthropology) from the U of Washington, and a Nursing diploma from St Elizabeth’s School of Nursing.
