I have been through the highs of hyper-growth mode and the painful macro-economic demands of a rapid transition to profitability. I have deep experience in aggressively managing and optimizing every penny of a budget of up to 100M annually. Beyond technology, I am passionate about and have been instrumental in building an organization that focuses on individuals - both our team members and our customers. I have lead efforts including the hiring/recruiting process, onboarding, training, growth, project management process and organization, and employee engagement/recognition.
