Without elaborating further at this time, the bottom line is that with the implementation of those EH&S policies, all work-related injuries and illnesses dropped dramatically, and there were no catastrophes or near-misses. I feel the last sentence itself speaks volumes, and is just a small indication of the thoughts, time and efforts I am willing to put forth into a career in the Operations Management field.
