Chris Boyd’s Expertise I am a formally trained culinary professional with 20 years experience. Coupled with my interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, motivation and passion for the culinary arts, I am a great asset to any culinary organization or business. In my 20 years of culinary work I have made it a point to become as versed as I could in many different culinary settings including stand alone restaurants, high volume catering, sports venues, hotels and casinos. With such a varied background, I am very creative and believe in change – adapting well in whatever environment. I believe that I am an asset for any company not only because of my experience, knowledge, and abilities, but values of quality, integrity, people, keeping informed of culinary trends, responsible sustainability, and community. I actually have been in the culinary industry since 1997 and decided to formalize my education by completing an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada and prior to that an Associate’s degree program from the Milwaukee Area Technical College in Culinary Arts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have held longstanding positions of increased responsibility while developing new relevant skills. I have continued to prove myself as a capable, take-charge, creative, competent chef.
