Chris Capps’s Expertise I have over 39 years experience in and around the engineering industries including pulp and paper, industrial, chemical, pipe mill, and the refuse-to-energy industries. I also have 12 years experience on Revit Structures, 10 years of experience on the Intergraph MicroStation CAD system and 18 years of experience on the AutoCAD system, 4 months on the Intergraph PDS system, over 2 years on Tekla Structures (3D), and I was trained on Aveva PDMS (formerly Cadcentre PDS). I am the Director of VDC for Yates Engineers, LLC and was CAD coordinator for Robins & Morton's P&I Division and BE&K’s civil, structural, and architectural departments for 5 years and developed menus, user commands and company standards for the Intergraph, MicroStation and AutoCAD CAD systems. I have taught several AutoCAD courses and also instructed department personnel on the use of various programs.
