Provide coaching and mentoring to teams with regards to Health & Safety, HR Issues and develop training and competency plans for individuals, including apprentices. Work closely with our Regulators DNV, HSE, OPRED during their visits offshore and to ensure we are continually complying with current legislation. Regularly participate in business meetings and comply and promote our business targets amongst my teams. Working closely with the client to develop behaviors where being calculative in our business targets is a minimum standard of our working practice, in turn maintaining platform uptime. Carry out annual appraisals and midyear reviews of personnel ensuring adequate training and coaching is in place and appropriate gap analysis of each individual is carried out. Competent risk assessor leading and participating in work site risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety meetings daily. As an I.S.C.A Mind Safety Coach, develop positive based behavioral cultures and helping to embed the key messages into the offshore culture.
