Chris Hughes’s Expertise My passion for Customer Experience (CX) over the past 15 years has brought me to leading research and discovery teams on challenging customer-centric enterprise projects and initiatives. Including designing improved healthcare processes for patients, a flagship patient-centric cancer care center, an enterprise patient experience framework for 150 medical centers, and a manifesto for change to transform the Veteran appeals experience that resulted in a new law for modernization of the appeals system. I co-founded VA’s first Human-Centered Design (HCD) Lab, focused on improving the customer experience of Veterans across all channels including face-to-face and digital user experiences. Advocating both a quantitative measured lean process improvement approach & a qualitative customer experience design approach. I enjoy helping organizations to develop a strategic and holistic view to serving their customers and translating insights into great customer experiences.
