Execute full life-cycle recruiting strategies by following defined recruiting processes to gather & verify job information, post jobs in ATS, schedule & complete intake meetings, identify and screen candidates, and present offers. Identify candidates through a variety of sources, including job boards, Applicant Tracking System, job fairs, as well as local agencies and universities. Schedule and conduct interviews and make hiring decisions. Facilitate and conduct interviews, lead interview calibration sessions, and schedule candidates for pre-employment testing, as required. Partner with business areas to assist with new hire paperwork processing and scheduling of new hires for first day orientation. Complete pre-employment activities such as security clearances, drug testing background checks, as well as assisting in on-boarding of new-hires. Qualifications: • 6+ years of related experience in a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. • 30+ years of military aviation maintenance and management experience, complete with a vast background in Government contracting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others. • Proven proficiency and efficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office products. • Impeccably flexible, detail oriented, with a proven ability to multi-task, and ability to follow through on commitments. • Exceptional Team player with an ability to adapt to shifting or competing priorities quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels within an organization, along with employees and external candidates
