I am responsible for customer success through the field Solution Architects across the US Commercial Central area that encompasses a 17-state geography in the middle of the US. I directly support the Central Area Sales Vice President in leading field sales, services, marketing, channels and all programs that directly contribute to the 2.4 billion in annual revenue for Cisco in the Commercial Central Area. Since joining Cisco in 2000 , I have been helping customers in Commercial, Public Sector and Enterprise accounts by leading technical sales teams. While in Commercial, I have been leading Industry Architecture teams, Internet of Things (#IoT) and Commercial Select Systems Architect programs for the US Commercial Theatre (all of which are a definite enriching turns in my career). Prior to Cisco, I worked for a systems integrator as a solutions architect manager and project manager. This experience gives me incredible vision for a successful path ahead for my team members, Cisco and most importantly my customers.
