Alongside this, the business has adopted 4D modelling to ensure the construction process is well planned for resource and material efficiencies. This approach leads a Value for Money approach by eliminating errors and waste, using the best of manufacturing methods and capturing data to improve cost, quality and programmes for all future work. As Managing Director, I work across the wider Willmott Dixon group of companies in a strategic role, working on business improvement plans including diversity, sustainability and customer service. As a member of the built environment working group for the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) I bring this strategic oversight, advising on the promotion of high-quality schemes and ensuring best in class developments are promoted in the county and deliver the widest range of benefits for all stakeholders.
