The environmental website I created -- www.eieio.org -- was focused on posting short articles about and photographs of environmental problems all over Virginia -- can still be found on the Internet Archive at https://web.archive.org/web/19990220202233/http://eieio.org/ I owned a PROFITABLE RESTAURANT / CATERING BUSINESS in Charlottesville, and it is still possible to talk me into catering or consulting on catering for small gatherings.
