Ayant reçu la formation à L’Institute for Integrative Nutrition à New York en 2021 avec, en 2022, la formation complémentaire de pratique intensive de coaching, j’ai obtenu la certification International Association for Health Coaches en 2022, me donnant le statut de Coach Santé. Depuis, j'ai eu l'opportunité de coacher plus de 220 personnes à travers des sessions de groupe de 90 minutes et des sessions individuel à distance comme en présentiel. Je mets toute mon énergie à motiver les clients qui le souhaitent à changer leur comportement avec une méthode holistique dans le but d'améliorer leur santé globale.
