He also took up the founding Directorship of the Policy Research Center for Innovation and Technology at PolyU on May 1, 2022. He has been on the Board of Directors of Cyberport and ASTRI. He is serving as Secretary and Board Member of the Joseph Needham Foundation, Honorary Secretary and Council Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences, and a Council Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
