Escalate any issues to Chief Engineer or Property Management. • Foster a work environment that promotes energy conservation and continuous improvement of engineering functions. • Provide hands on direction and training for other engineers and maintenance technicians. • Utilize Building Engines to complete all preventative maintenance assignments and unscheduled tasks on time. • Participate in engineering training programs and initiatives, such as OSHA compliance training, Emergency Response and tailgate safety meetings as required, or as suggested by Chief Engineer or General Manager. • Comply with safety and environmental procedures and programs, specifically hazardous communication, lockout – tag out, asbestos O & M, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and water intrusion awareness. • Employees will embrace, engage and enforce all regulatory and company environmental, health and safety programs. • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
