In 2017, I founded Sous Design, an industrial design consultancy that served the luxury culinary market. We offered service ware (plates, dishes, utensils etc.), innovation and co-creation sessions, rapid manufacturing, and qualitative research of the culinary market landscape. I worked with multiple James Beard award winners to elevate their diners’ at-table experience. My current venture is Hito, a bonsai-focused design studio focused on bringing new ideas, manufacturing techniques and materials to the ancient art form. Material
