I continue to train GP Registars as they come through the practice, but also work with trainees who are struggling to complete their clinical skill’s assessment. I have completed my ILM5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring and earlier this year started working in this capacity with new to practice GP’s doing their Fellowship through the ICB.
