In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly in maintaing performance dashboards, quality drilldowns reports and in preparing presentation decks for business reviews using COPC best practice. Also, as part of the Quality team, asking the question, "Why?" is as natural as breathing. Always in the quest to finding out the proper root cause and analyzing minute details to ensure that findings be used to drive operational improvement and customer satisfaction. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a meeting and as mundane as making sure that we never run out paper.
