During this time, I have had the privilege of working with leading brands in the market, including Food brands such as Qualy, Sadia, Perdigão, and Batavo; Beverages brands like Itubaina, Schin, Heineken, Baden-Baden, and Eisenbahn; Personal Care brands such as Elite, Babysec, Kitchen, and Snack; and Automotive After Market brands like Heliar and Varta. - Responsible for all stages of the Pricing with vision of regional sales and product category: developing pricing strategy, setting pricing, monitoring results day-by-day to further execution pricing. - Managing pricing strategies since commodities products until premium products. - Knowhow in managing products portfolio through marketing tools – Place, Price, Promotion and Product – to realize Company`s strategies target through price power. - In a collaborative effort, we work with various departments to recommend pricing strategies that boost category profitability, increase market share, launch new products, and address competitors. - Regular Revenue Management forums are held with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply-Chain to monitor key Revenue KPIs, ensuring alignment and adherence to the revenue maximization strategy. This approach fosters sustained revenue growth and value creation throughout the supply chain. - Application of Data Analytics using Data Science tools (Rstudio, Regression, Descriptive Statistics, Data Visualization) with the aim of speeding up, providing accuracy, and optimizing pricing strategy and promotional activities. My passion for consumer-centric approaches, combined with my expertise in data science and product management, drives me to continuously seek innovative ways to align pricing strategies with the needs and preferences of consumers. By leveraging data analytics and insights, I ensure that pricing decisions are data-driven and tailored to optimize consumer satisfaction.
