As a Certified Learning and Development Professional, I believe in investing time and energy in well-designed, intentional, competency- and needs-based trainings and interventions to help people achieve their personal and professional goals, which in turn supports the goals of whatever organization they are supporting. Finally, as a mental health advocate with lived experience, and having organized and pioneered mental health projects in college, I am now working as the Lead Family Coordinator at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation - Community Guidance Center's System of Care program, where I provide impactful mental health support services in the CNMI through training and outreach activities and through establishing partnerships and facilitating peer support programs. I'm always interested in hearing from, connecting, and networking with Instructional Designers, learning and development, organizational development, and human resource professionals, as well as mental health professionals and social workers.
