We design and manufacture tube style drag conveyors for use primarily in food production, though the construction lends itself well to other industries. Much of the time this work required the development of a computer program that communicated with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel, business databases, and others as needed. Other times it required the development of best practices and training. The programs and developments have taken the form of scripts, macros, desktop applications and web-based programs, some of which included the development of new databases or interfaces to existing databases. I enjoy finding ways to make people happy with their jobs, and frequently all that takes is something that saves them a few minutes a day and reduces the likelihood of error, or something that pleases their managers, clients, or coworkers. That's the job that I have 8 hours per day, but I'm also the pastor of my church, and that's a duty that doesn't stop when you clock out. We are a small church that are passionate about Jesus, His love for the lost and the poor, and the message of salvation He brought to the world.
