Direct Job duties include; Providing oversight of site Security Training Supervisors; Hiring/promoting individuals to be trained and qualified as instructors, trainers and/or evaluators; Ensuring instructors participate in instructor continuing training; Supervising the qualification and re-qualification activities of security instructors; Approving and submitting Security Training Supervisor’s timesheets in the Time & Labor Software for payroll; Identifying, evaluating, and mentoring for succession planning and development of Security Training Supervisors; Responsible for disciplining Security Training Supervisors. In conjunction with these activities I have effectively managed my direct areas of responsibilities and successfully prioritized commitments and continued to contribute in the departments Physical Strategy development and implementation. I successfully participated in NRC Evaluated Force on Force exercises as "Lead Adversary controller” in 2009, "Lead Controller" in 2011, 2012, and 2015. I remain actively committed and dedicated to improving Security, Company and my own Personal Leadership abilities.
