  A bit about me. Currently working as a No2 manager of a top 20 store within a well established footwear retailer. Leading a team of 30+ colleagues. Working on training development and customer service excellence. My strengths have allowed me to create a name for myself as a strong and trustworthy leader, coach and sales manager. KPI’s , business development and personal progression has been some of my recent focuses. My biggest strength is being able to build a meaningful and lasting rapport with individuals irrespective on the time spent with them. I’ve prided myself on being someone that people come back to and ask for by name. I’ve had countless experiences with fast paced and forever changing environments which I absolutely thrive in , but have also been fortunate enough to have experience in a structured style of work through my time at university. There I studied creative computer games design which at first does just sound like for 3 years I played video games. That couldn’t be any further from the truth. Alongside learning how to create video games we learnt about the structure that goes into them. This allowed me to work independently on smaller projects and also alongside a team of other students to create a game. We learnt about budgeting, marketing , social media influence , blueprinting (roadmapping) and damage control. This gave me a huge advantage when working my way into management as I already had learnt some essential things needed to excel in management. I believe I would be an asset to anyone who is looking for someone with a consistent positive mindset and who doesn’t take no for an answer. I believe I could make the difference where needed. Schuh
