After 8 years in the corporate world, I turned to consulting where I love to share my expertise with clients of various sectors. I started my career as project manager "Euro conversion" with Oerlikon/Unaxis, a global technology & engineering group headquartered in Switzerland. In this role, I successfully guided 36 European group companies to the new currency. After a short excursion into Corporate Treasury, I joined the Corporate Communications Team as Global Manager Internal Communications. Change was a constant friend during this time, since the company underwent various strategic changes, including a rebranding, various restructurings and leadership changes, and finally a change in ownership. In 2006, I left the corporate world to pass on my experience in change, culture and communications as a consultant. Since then, I have been supporting clients from all sectors in effectively managing and communicating about transformation. First, as partner of Enzaim, a young and growing boutique consultancy based in Zurich. Then, after the successful sale to Farner, as a Senior Team member of Farner, Switzerland’s largest communication consultancy. Over the years, my focus as a consultant has expended to organizational and cultural development as well as strategy development and implementation. My work for Metaplan allows me to develop these skills further as part of a global consultancy team, working for Swiss and international clients. More recently, my work also centres on employer branding and creating a consistent employee experience. I enjoy working in a intense co-creation with my clients, developing new ideas and feasible solutions in interactive workshops. My customers view me as a trusted advisor. They appreciate my expertise of both business and communication aspects and especially my thorough understanding of the micropolitics involved in any transformation project. When time allows, I also love to pass on my expertise in change, communication and consultancy as a lecturer at various Swiss universities, and my experience in workshop facilitation at the Metaplan Academy. I find relaxation with a good novel, a good meal with friends and family, or in the beautiful Swiss nature - walking, biking and occasionally on horse-back.
