I realize my resume does not reflect recent Theatre Experience, and some people who have never run their own business look at small business owners as not having the proper experience. But being a small business owner gives you the most experience to see how the whole of something works, it teaches you to be flexible, work well with all types of people and create a product that people want-because if you don't you won't get paid.
