I chose Family and Consumer Science because I feel that the subjects we teach are the life skills that all students need. I love what I do and I love the students that teach me! I hope I can make a difference for someone, I know this career choice has made a difference for me! I decided to pursue the Technology endorsement and completing this has given me a new enthusiasm for teaching. I've found new tools such as Adobe Spark, Prezi and Thinglink to bring a new feel to my classes and to keep my students engaged. I've learned so much about Social Media and how to utilize it and how to become a good digital citizen and to share those things with my students. Life is good, Technology only enhances life!
