After a background with an insurer working my way up to claims inspector operating directly for the Head Office team. I specialised in the investigation of high profile and complex risks, namely a number of airlines and sport related risks. In 1998 I left and set up CRI Investigations, which specialised in the investigation of complex and high value personal injury claims. Whilst with CRI, I had a great deal of success investigating fraudulent motor and casualty claims. I joined a small independent loss adjuster in 2002 gaining their first ever panel win, ending my career there as Marketing and Fraud Manager. I was the point of contact for all the clients, winning new business from a variety of differing insurers, including 2 tier one insurers. I oversaw all the fraud cases that were handled on an ongoing basis. Throughout my career, I have maintained an active investigation role investigating fraud, in both the motor and casualty arena. Successfully managed the implementation of BS102000 to become the first UKAS accredited loss adjuster. Implemented and managed the ISO27001 accreditation for the business - from 2013 to 2020.
