My mission is to develop and execute a strategic roadmap to mitigate and remediate compliance risks, modernize and automate trade operations, and implement global trade policies and programs that support our business objectives and values. I collaborate with corporate leadership in Operations, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to provide guidance, oversight, and support for all activities with trade touchpoints. I also champion global trade compliance initiatives and awareness to all functional stakeholders, and manage annual global training and audit programs in accordance with our Internal Control Plan and Global TCP. I have successfully led several M&A and systems integration projects, including the SAP and GTS systems administration, and have demonstrated experience in managing multiple 3PLs, brokerage and logistic service providers, and developing and streamlining compliance procedures.
