Dan Wright’s Expertise Many experiences are directly from interaction with close peers, managers and friends. I would say that all the customers I have had dealings with in the quickly become part of my professional network. I have had many instances where I have continued to support customers in far-reaching places (not local to me) and they are still my customers after 20 years. I have worked for some difficult people in the past also, but seem to figure out how to service customers in a professional manner in which the issues do not become insurmountable and end up gaining the respect of people who have had bad experiences from other people. I also have the ability to smooth over situations that could otherwise become confrontational and explosive by tactfully handling the situation and addressing the underlying issues. My future goals as I near the age where I am not young anymore are to help others by donating my time to charitable organizations which support military veterans and active duty members who fight for our freedom, along with their spouses. Specifically, jobs programs for continued education, and supplying technology and expertise where needed for these supporting agencies.
