For the Customer Experience discipline we teach CX Management and help people earn their CCXP Certification credential. We also facilitate culture workshops for Clients engaged in in Customer-centric transformations Our Research Team has 20+ years of global Mystery Shopper & qualitative research experience and Training Participants tell us they love the real life research examples that we bring into our workshops. I'm also an Emcee & Speaker for industry events including the DACH Customer Excellence Awards, the European Customer Centricity Awards, Boussias Greece, Contact Conference Hungary, Call Centre Expo London and the Teleperformance Leader Insights Forum. On the academic front I'm a Lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius Germany following years of teaching at the Singapore Civil Service College and the Executive Education arm of Universiti Utara Malaysia. I'm American but my path has been international. I am now settled in Germany and before that I lived 20 years in Singapore. I’ve trained in 75 countries so far.
