In addition to lump sum, remeasurable, reimbursable, target cost, and incentivised commercial strategies * Management of various bespoke and standard form contracts, including, NEC, FIDIC, & ICE contracts Claims and Dispute Resolution * Management of complex contractual disputes, mediation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings in the UK, Hong Kong, PRC and the UAE * Identifying entitlement to EOT & additional cost claims, drafting notices and claims submissions * Forensic account analysis, drafting statement of defence, witness statements, working closely with legal counsel.
