Roles included leading; technology transfer, business development, negotiation/contracting, partnership development, innovation development & exploitation, enterprise, business incubation, commercial ventures, & programme strategy development, investment & implementation. I have delivered University Challenge Funds, Bio-exploitation platforms, HEIF & University Knowledge Exchange programmes & helped initiate the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement. I set up the UWE Ventures business incubation team leading to accreditation by UK Business Incubation (also winner of their national 2011 achievement award) & was also the UWE strategic lead for the SW Networks for Innovation (SW iNets). Very recently I was co-author (8.5m raised) & bid project manager for the creation of major zones of the Bristol Institute of Technology (10,500m2) incorporating: Future Space https://www.futurespacebristol.co.uk/; Hub; Accelerator space & enhanced applied research laboratories.
