At DTTL we manage IT for the African Continent. Coupled with my interest in Technology Trends, this keeps me and the company abreast of the latest solutions & innovations, to allow our clients to work on the move via any smart device, anywhere. I have developed long and lasting relationships with clients, partners and vendors alike during my career. My ability to interact and build strategic relationships at all levels has been consistently proven. I focus on quality, high value interactions and exceptional customer service. This has yielded a greater return on value. I currently hold Azure/AWS/GCP (cloud) certifications along with an MCSA-2016. Although not directly involved with client services now, it's still where my passion lies. My attitude to both business and my personal life is underpinned by a philosophy of openness, honesty and constant learning. I embarked on a project to get PwC aligned to the ITIL framework, in conjunction with ISO9001 compliance and certification just before I left.
